Over the past six month or so I have come to praise the efforts of those who call themselves BetaReaders. Not only are they important for pointing out continuity, grammatical errors, character weaknesses and just plain flow issues, but also that they are difficult to find and recruit. As I said already, I have worked with some fantastic readers already, however, they are not always available. This is not a complaint but a reality of life. Readers are busy people as well and their time needs to be respected.
